Refunds, Billing, and Subscriptions

MaleIQ aims to provide transparent billing practices.

One-Time Purchases

• Orders canceled prior to pharmacy fulfillment are eligible for a full refund.
• Medications cannot be refunded once dispensed, per pharmacy law.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.
• You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
• Cancellation must occur at least 48 hours prior to renewal to avoid charges.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 businessdays.

Exclusions

• Refunds are not issued for partially used subscriptions.
• Refunds are not available once medication has been shipped.
