• MaleIQ must verify your location to ensure your provider is legally permitted to treat you.

Verification Methods

• Patients provide their permanent state of residence during account registration.
• Before each consultation, patients attest to their current physical location.
• Providers may verbally confirm location at the start of a session.
• IP address or device-based verification may be used for additional compliance.

Limitations

• If you are outside an approved state, your appointment cannot proceed.
• MaleIQ cannot provide services in jurisdictions where it is not authorized.
• Attempting to falsify your location may result in account termination.

MaleIQ reserves the right to suspend or refuse services if a patient’s location cannot be verified,or if location falsification is suspected.
